As the college fall semester comes to a close, we discussed an interesting new survey on free speech feelings among college faculty across America, including at Penn State. Nathan Honeycutt of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) went over some statistics from the survey, including at PSU, on how many faculty members today feel the need to self-censor themselves to avoid discipline or condemnation.
